Writing a Business letter
The Bedford Reader uses a inquiry letter to demonstrate the use of examples in your writing. You're going to follow this model in order to write an inquiry for a letter of recommendation. I have included a link to the letter from Bedford Reader, as well as a format for you to follow. The format is on page 201. I have included a link to the OWL at Purdue with 3 business letter formats. Bedford uses the modified block. For this assignment, you can use the block format or the modified block format. Please submit the letter when finished to turnitin.com
